Introduction

I think that when our dear BoA has just returned from singing on stage, this will be the best dish for her. It can be a lunch, i use a lot of familiar ingredients and cook it with a vietnamese style. There is no origins of this, I just mix it and invented this. The dish is not only delicious, it’s also good for her strength and health. How delicious and good it is? We will see that right now.

Ingredients

Because i make this for lunch, and she need to work right afternoon, so we don’t need a lot.

- Beef: some piece of meat
- Onion: 1
- Potato: 1
- Tomato: 1
- Cucumber: 1
- Apple: 1
- Celery (Any type of celery can use, in this time I use a type celery vietnamese)
- Some other vegetables
- Rice: half a bowl

Potatos are good for skin, all the vegetable is good to digest and for her form, they offer the xenluloz and vitamin.

The beef is good for heart, it’s offer Fe and finally rice is glucoz, she can have energy from glucoz to perf on stage :X

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Wash all the vegetables, the potato, the onion, the tomato, the cucumber.

Step 2: Slice the potato, the onion, the tomato, the cucumber, scent the beef with vinegar and spice.
You can cut your vegetable with your own style.

Step 3: Fry the potato (tip: you should hard-boiled before fry if your piece of potato is thick, it will taste more delicious)

Step 4: Hard-boiled the celery (remember too add spice, set the power of your cooking fire is low and watch it carefully)

Step 5: Fry the beef (Add a little garlic with it)

Step 6: Cook your rice (half a bowl of rice and ¾ cup of water, put it in the rice cooker xD)

Step 7: Now, arrange and decorate your dish! Add chili sauce if you like it xD

How to Serve
- Ok, just a dish will make BoA full for lunch. The desert should be served with ice-cream xD
- She can eat it with spoon, and some drink: pure water, milk, coke,… (I think pure water will be good if she have some training next to the lunch)
